"We had a delivery issue that would have had significant knock on effects on our client.
I initially contacted the team at around 1.30pm in the afternoon and was able to get an instant quote, once we confirmed costs internally this service was booked in around 3.10pm.
At 4pm, we had notification from our collection point that the driver was already loaded up and on their way!!"

"Incredible and very convenient service. Response to initial enquiry, time for collection of goods and delivery to destination were exactly as described.
Tom was especially helpful with my urgent and awkward requirements and somehow managed to arrange for a delivery that suited our needs."

"Amazing short-notice courier service! I was let down by another delivery service at the last minute, for perishable shelf-life samples.
I called Zip Same Day, got a friendly advisor, who confirmed they could collect the samples within an hour. Quoted a very competitive price, took easy payment from my company card over the phone, and within about two hours from making the call, I received my samples in perfect condition, collected from central Birmingham and delivered to Worcester."
